Clarence House: Apartment 1

Clarence House was purchased in September 2020 as a large terrace converted into four separate apartments. Apartment 1 Clarence House has been reconfigured from a one bed into a two bed property. The large living room space was transformed into a large open plan kitchen living space complete with a dining area. With some building work, the old kitchen and bathroom was converted into the second bedroom and a corner of space was taken from bedroom one to form a shower room.
