Clarence House: Apartment 4

 

This apartment was the most work. Previously it had two staircases, one was removed to add more floor space in the bedroom and as mentioned in Apartment 3 if created additional space below also. The dormer had to be re-built and a chimney removed to really open up the space, leaving a bright spacious one bedroom attic apartment with a modern feel.
