Clarence House: Apartment 3

 

This apartment is the studio, the smallest space in Clarence House. This space reconfigured to make space for the bedroom to be separate from the living space. The kitchen and bathroom were knocked through and changed into a bedroom and shower room. What was the living/sleeping space has been transformed into a kitchen, living area with a breakfast bar space for dining. What's more, the staircase to the apartment above was removed, giving more space in this apartment. The main entrance into the property was also changed in order to get the best layout possible and most usable space.
