Purchased in September 2018 as a two bed end of terrace in need of major renovation works, we completely reconfigured the property to maximise the space and create a three bedroom, three bathroom property. To achieve this, we built a rear single storey extension, giving the space for a large dining kitchen and a family bathroom downstairs. With more space upstairs, we built a third bedroom and re-configured the master bedroom to add an en-suite shower room.
